Program producer, China Central Television (CCTV)

My identity in the newsroom has been multiplied. Line producer, content planner, news writer, you name it. I worked with an international team for a 45-minute live news program at CCTV English Channel. A typical day in the newsroom can be busy, hectic, involving some shouting (well, only occasionally), but totally fun.

But wait, Beijing is definitely much more than the CBD. Living in the centre of Chinese history, culture and art, you may be surprised by what this city can offer.
In my spare time, discovering Beijing has become my lasting go-to activity. Hidden vibes in the Hutong area, the bird view of the Forbidden City, tranquil trekking on the Great Wall, and also, the chilled navigation in hustling CBD and Sanlitun.
Oh dear, I was spoiled.

My favourite beer bar in Beijing is the beloved Great Leap Brewing. It locates in a hidden courtyard of Hutong area. When you are in town, you should definitely try it out, grab a beer and enjoy the breeze…

My go-to brunch spot also hides in the deep of Hutong next to 鼓楼 (the Drum Tower). Apart from the amazing food selection, the view is just breathtaking. While in a good weather day, you should try out their rooftop and feel the vibes of being a local.

There are just simply too many things to see, to go and to do in this city. If you are interested in visiting and knowing more about the best part of Great Wall for a trekking, the most authentic 涮肉 (Beijing hot pot), the don’t-miss-out garden within the most symbolic parks and palaces and more (my editorial version), drop me a line...

And then, life happened.
After six years’ career life, I decided to be humble student again. Thus, I moved to London for my second master’s degree (just finished, hurray).
The new adventure awaits…
